What is Sentient food?
“We are what we eat”… If we eat positive food, we are then able to think and live in a positive way.
Food has a general effect in our body, mind and soul. Therefore, if we eat food which carries positive and pure energy, we become positive and pure. We become happy, energetic, dynamic, and most important of all healthy. This kind of sentient (or positive) food has also a positive effect in our mind, helping us to stay focus, and emotionally balanced. At last, sentient (positive) food nourishes also our soul, (our inner self) helping us to preserve our true loving human nature, which is essential in order for us to be able to experience love, harmony and mental peace.
Sentient food, as introduced by Yogic science; is food which carries only positive and pure energy. Sentient food is recommended for those who desire to remain young, healthy and positive longest.

We find this type of positive energy in most of food, except in all food which comes from animals and in some vegetables, such as onion, garlic, leek, and all kind of mushrooms.
Food which carries and transmits positive energy:
Corn and corn products (flour, bread, crackers etc). Sweets, desserts, juices, etc.
Beans, Sea vegetables, milk products, soya products, nuts and seeds, herbs and plants,
vegetarian oils, vinegars, sauces and sea salt etc. Fresh and dry fruits, fresh and dry vegetables (except mushrooms, onion and garlic). |
